Village Vintner Winery

Our Wine production, barrel aging and bottling all takes place at our winery in the town of Huntley, located just down the street from the restaurant. It’s there that we produce around 35,000 bottles of wine each year, handcrafted from only the finest grapes and fruit available.

2023 Featured Wines

RED

• Nero d’ Avola: Dry, Smooth Medium bodied fruit forward with plummy spice flavors, Elderberries and blackberry crumble.
• Montepulciano: Dry, medium bodied with notes of plum, blueberry, strawberry and nice chocolate finish.
• Super Tuscan:  Dry medium bodied blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of black cherries, strawberries and cocoa.

WHITE/ROSÉ

• Almond Sparkling:  Slightly sweet Almond infused sparkling wine is reminiscent of sipping on Amaretto.
• Rosé Sparkling: Dry, Strawberry, Peach, Watermelon
• Oktoberfest:  Semi-Sweet blend of Riesling, Moscato, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris.
• Majestic: Off-Dry blend of Semillion, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato

FRUIT 

• Caribbean Lime:  Semi-Sweet white fruit wine with zesty lime, coconut and citrus
• Tropical Dream:  Semi-Sweet white fruit wine with Pineapple & Mango
• Purple Passion:  Semi-Sweet red fruit wine of Acai & Red Raspberries
• Blood Orange Sangria:  Semi-Sweet red fruit wine of Blood Orange, Peach and Apple
• Watermelon:  Semi-sweet juicy watermelon.
• The Dragon:  Semi-Sweet blush wine blend of Dragon Fruit and Raspberry.

DESSERT WINE 

• Carmel Delight: Sweet rich caramel flavors with robust red fruits.
