We make wine with grapes sourced from unique grape-growing regions in California and Washington State. The different blends that our winemaker creates are inspired by our mission of sharing and uniqueness. Our wines are created from the story of how our winery has come to life and the people we’ve met along this journey.

RED
- VIN312 2019 Super Tuscan: The VIN312 2019 Super Tuscan red blend is a marriage of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.This vintage of our Super Tuscan blend has interesting pepper notes blended with the raspberry and dark cherry fruit making it a great representation of the 2019 growing season. Warner believes that this wine has great aging potential and every day he opens a new bottle is excited by the way it is developing in the bottle.This wine can be enjoyed with food from the region including red meats, tomato sauces (including pizza!) or on its own. This bottle is worth holding in the cellar for a couple of months but can be enjoyed today!
WHITE
- VIN312 2020 Viognier: Selected as the VIN312’s first white, this Viognier presents a balance of floral aromas and wonderful peach and apricot fruit on the nose. Fermented in stainless steal with good old fashioned Chicago ice to cool its fermentation, we maintained all the great aromas in the glass. On the palate it shows a fuller body with a round velvet finish!
ROSE’
- VIN312 2020 Touché Rosé: This VIN312 Touché Rosé is made from Malbec and Tempranillo. It is was done in the Whole Cluster Press method taking special care to protect it from Oxygen to insure we preserved the delicate pink color. The light pink color with amazing full fruit aromas make this a great Rosé to share this Spring! This rose resembles more of a traditional Greek dry rosé. It is fruit forward with notes of cool strawberries while being complex on the pallet
