Sable Creek Winery, located in Plainfield Illinois, is a boutique winery producing artisan wines.

We make various wine styles from grapes purchased from premier vineyards in California, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, and New York.

Whites

  • Chardonnay – $25.00 – This Chardonnay is made from grapes from Lake County CA. It is light and crisp with citrus notes and a soft lasting finish. Dry
  • Vignoles – $19.00 – Semi-dry light body wine that has a crisp clean finish. Semi-dry
  • Traminette – $17.00 – Light body wine with floral aromas and intense citrus and honey flavors. Sweet
  • Starry Night – $17.00 – A delicate and fresh white wine that is an easy drinking wine. Sweet
  • Moonrise – $17.00 – A deliciously balanced wine that is refreshing and fruity. Sweet

Rosé

  • Pink Lady Rose – $17.00 – A Rose wine with a delicious balance of sweetness and tartness. Sweet

Reds

  • Cabernet – $38.00 – This Cabernet is made from grapes from Lake County CA. It is a full-bodied wine wiath a smoth spicy finish. Dry
  • Merlot – $27.00 – This dry wine offers rich fruit flavors and supple tannins. Grapes are from vineyards in the Sierra Foot Hills. Dry
  • Zin $27.00 – This is a medium bodied wine with light tannins. Grapes are from vineyards in the Sierra Foot Hills. Dry
  • Sunset Red – $17.00- This dry red blend of Michagan grapes is refreshingly fruity and bursting with flavors. Dry
  • Sweet Purple Lady – $17.00- This wine is a Concord grape wine. It is fruity, sweet and velvety smooth. Sweet

Fruit

  • Cherry Creek – $17.00 – Sweet, tart and delicious wine made from Cherries. Enjoy it chilled. Sweet
  • Blackberry – $17.00 – Sweet and delicious wine made from Blackberries. Sweet
