Now with over two decades of experience, Pheasant Hollow Winery is a culmination of our dream to produce the best in grape and fruit wines. Nestled on the eastern shore of Rend Lake, Pheasant Hollow Winery is located on five acres of scenic woodlands in beautiful Southern Illinois. Visit the winery for wine tasting, a refreshing bottle of Pheasant Hollow wine, our delicious wine slushies, or a cold beer. Whites
- Rend Lake White – Crisp, dry Vidal Blanc
- Gun Creek White – Crisp, semi-dry, blend of Illinois white grapes
- Vignoles – Semi-sweet white table wine that has a citrus start & a clean fruit finish
- Orange & Blue – Sweet Orange Muscat grape wine with a hint of blueberry
- Peach Kiss – White grape wine with a kiss of peach
Fruit Wines
- Crackling Cranberry – sparkling sweet cranberry wine made just for the holidays.
- Red & Blue – Sweet and rich red wine, made with Montmorency cherries and Michigan Blueberries.
- Black & Blue – Your favorite sweet, berry wine, made with blackberries and Michigan Blueberries.
- Red Razz – 100% Raspberry, sweet, red wine.
Reds
- Norton – Hearty American oak-aged red wine
- Ring Neck Red – Stainless tank-aged, light-bodied Chambourcin with notes of cherry and black pepper
Blush
- Amanda’s Blush – Semi-sweet blush with a citrus start and a dry rosé finish
- Pink Catawba – Delicate, just picked grape flavor; semi-sweet
- Pink Lace – Sweet, blush wine full of grape flavor
